My road to Coaching has been an interesting journey. My experiences as a parent, guidance counselor and teacher in a public school system led me to Life Coaching.

Throughout my career as an educator and Life and Parenting Coach I have created and implemented community based programs for Parents of ADHD Children, Teachers of ADHD Children, and Parenting Effectiveness.

I am a certified CTI Life Coach and ACPI Parenting Coach. I have coached and counseled individuals through parenting issues, divorce, and organizational issues.

I hold a Masters in Counseling from Hofstra University, a Masters Degree in School Psychology from St. John's University, and a Masters in Social Work from Adelphi University.
